Training of IT specialists in Helsinki

The UFIM project implementation and cooperation with the Finnish Meteorological Institute go on  

 Our IT specialists and a forecaster from the Ukrainian Meteorological Center underwent two weeks training and coaching on the installation, configuration and maintenance of the SmartMet software package, which will improve and modernize the meteorological observation network in Ukraine, help change the approach to forecasting and improve the quality of the final product, i.e. the weather forecast.

Experts from the Finnish Meteorological Institute shared all important information with our specialists. Now we are waiting for the equipment and the program so that we can start the active testing phase.
