The situation at the observation points of the NGMS radiometric network

As of ..., the radiation situation in Ukraine is within its usual limits.

At the observation points of the radiometric network of the NGMSU and ASCRS in a 30-km zone around the RANPP, KhaNPP, ZNPP, PUNPP and the territories contaminated by the Chernobyl disaster (except for the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl NPP), the values of the exposure dose rate (PED) that are within their monthly average values, which testifies not only to the absence of new emergency situations at nuclear-dangerous facilities in Ukraine, but also to the absence of cross-border transfer of radioactively contaminated air masses capable of changing the natural radiation background through the territory of Ukraine.

The impact on the natural environment of emissions from the activity of Ukraine's nuclear power plants was vanishingly small.

The highest value of PED on the radiometric network of NGMSU was recorded at the weather station ... and was ... nSv/h, which is below the control level (CR).

The additional exposure of the population of Ukraine as a result of the operation of the NPP was significantly lower than the permissible levels determined by the sanitary and hygienic regulations in accordance with the current normative legal acts on radiation safety (NRB-97, etc.).
